Sales Executive / Business Development Representative($500-$600 + commission)
AirCierge is an AI-native property management platform that helps Airbnb hosts and short-term rental operators run daily operations, capture upsell revenue, and manage guests — all from a single intelligent brief. We're in active beta and growing fast. We're looking for a driven, self-starter Sales Executive to help us bring AirCierge to independent hosts, co-hosts, and property managers managing 1–10 properties.

You'll be the first point of contact for prospective users — from outbound outreach to product walkthroughs to closing. You'll work directly with the founding team to refine our go-to-market motion, identify high-fit host segments, and convert beta interest into paid subscribers.
What you'll do
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads across Airbnb host communities, STR forums, and social channels
- Run discovery calls to understand host pain points and map them to AirCierge's value (morning brief, upsell signals, cleaner coordination, guest intelligence)
- Conduct product demos tailored to solo hosts, co-hosts, and small property management companies
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closed deal
- Work with the product team to relay feedback from prospects and customers
- Hit and exceed monthly targets for beta sign-ups and paid conversions
- Maintain organized pipeline tracking and outreach records
- This is a founding sales hire. As AirCierge scales, you'll have the opportunity to grow into a Senior Sales or Sales Lead role — shaping the team, playbook, and go-to-market strategy from the ground up.
What we're looking for
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (SaaS or proptech preferred)
- Genuine interest in Airbnb hosting, short-term rentals, or property management
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal, comfortable running async demos
- Self-directed with the ability to operate in an early-stage, fast-moving environment
- Bonus: personal experience as an Airbnb host or co-host
