How to Install the Aircierge AI Host Assistant Chrome Extension

Our team will send you the extension files directly. Follow the steps below to install it in Developer Mode and connect it to your Airbnb account.

Step 1: Receive the Extension Files from Aircierge

Our team will send you a folder (or ZIP file) containing the extension files. Save it somewhere easy to find on your computer, such as your Desktop or Documents folder.

If you received a ZIP file, right-click it and select "Extract All" to unzip it before continuing.

Step 2: Open Chrome Extensions Page

Open Google Chrome and type the following in the address bar:

chrome://extensions

Press Enter. This opens the Chrome Extensions management page.

Step 3: Enable Developer Mode

In the top-right corner of the Extensions page, toggle on "Developer mode".

You will see three new buttons appear at the top left: Load unpacked, Pack extension, and Update.

Step 4: Load the Extension

Click "Load unpacked".

A file browser window will open. Navigate to the extension folder you received from the Aircierge team and select it, then click "Select Folder".

The Aircierge AI Host Assistant extension will now appear in your extensions list.

Step 5: Pin the Extension to Your Toolbar

Click the puzzle piece icon (🧩) in the top-right corner of Chrome. Find Aircierge AI Host Assistant in the list and click the pin icon next to it so it stays visible in your toolbar.

Step 6: Open Airbnb and Sign In

The assistant panel will appear automatically on the right side of the conversation. Sign in with your Google account when prompted.

Step 7: Click "Sync Now"

Once you're signed in, click the "Sync Now" button inside the assistant panel.

This connects the extension to your Aircierge account and syncs your listing data, settings, and preferences. Wait a few seconds until you see a confirmation that the sync is complete.

Step 8: You're Ready to Go! 🎉

The extension is now fully set up. Go to any guest conversation on Airbnb and use the assistant to analyze messages and generate smart replies instantly.

Troubleshooting

Extension not showing up? Make sure Developer Mode is turned on and the correct folder was selected in Step 4.

Sync Now button not working? Check your internet connection and make sure you're signed in to your Google account.

Need to reload after an update? When Aircierge sends you an updated version of the extension, replace the old folder with the new one, go back to chrome://extensions, and click the refresh icon on the extension card. Then click Sync Now again.
